class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Der K\u00fcnstlerische Leiter des Radialsystems, Matthias Mohr, war von Anfang an sehr offen f\u00fcr einen Pilotversuch zur familienfreundlichen Gestaltung rund um eine Veranstaltung am Haus. Daf\u00fcr eignete sich die Jubil\u00e4umsveranstaltung der Kindertanzcompany von Sasha Waltz &#038; Guests am 17.9.2023 mit der Performance \u201eIn C \u2013 n\u00e4chste Generation<span lang=\"ar-SA\">\u201c<\/span>, f\u00fcr die junges Publikum erwartet wurde.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Das Radialsystem hat bereits Erfahrungen zu Strategien, Kinder als Publikum anzusprechen. Im Programm zu finden sind sowohl gezielte Veranstaltungen f\u00fcr junges Publikum, als auch Begleitprogramme f\u00fcr junge Zuschauende. Darunter etwa gezielte Kinderbetreuung oder eine begehbare Installationen in Form eines Labyrinths.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201eJedoch, res\u00fcmiert Matthias Mohr im Gespr\u00e4ch, braucht es mehr Kontinuit\u00e4t in der Konzipierung solcher Angebote, um Familien noch besser als Zielpublikum an das Haus binden zu k\u00f6nnen und vor allem verl\u00e4ssliche Planbarkeit in der Mitteln.\u201c<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">R\u00e4umliche Kapazit\u00e4t gibt es am Haus genug, damit Kinder sich vor- und nach Veranstaltungen entspannt aufhalten k<span lang=\"sv-SE\">\u00f6<\/span>nnen. Im Sommer kann die Wiese am Au\u00dfenbereich des Foyers genutzt werden, ein Wickeltisch findet sich in der Behindertentoilette und ein durch Fahrstuhl zug\u00e4nglicher Raum im 2.OG wird immer wieder f\u00fcr Workshops oder Kinderbetreuung und \u00e4hnliches Begleitprogramm genutzt.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<div  class='flex_column av-2add22-9fc5c6b50797e27543c3b34638bc71cd av_one_half  avia-builder-el-8  el_after_av_textblock  el_before_av_one_half  first flex_column_div  column-top-margin'     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-lnc5p6h6-5e66c2300aeafd26fd6aa858264933ad '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">For our pilot project, Ag Tanz and Elternschaft equipped the &#8220;playground&#8221; with comics, Duplo-Lego, bubbles and crayons on several picnic blankets. On the glass wall of the foyer, young visitors were able to sign the &#8220;creative guest book&#8221; on a large paper wall or design it with paintings. The cube on the 2nd floor was converted into a &#8220;breastfeeding and chill-out area&#8221; and the changing table was re-equipped thanks to a sponsorship from the drugstore chain dm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Some material was already available at the house, some was contributed as a loan from the Ag Dance and parents. With a manageable material outlay, a relaxed atmosphere could be created in which children and their companions had the space before and after the event to reflect on what they had experienced and to let it have an effect, perhaps also to enter into conversation or play with other visitors.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808080;\">In the interview, we learned from Matthias Mohr that the Radialsystem is only partially subsidized and has to finance part of its season through rentals and third-party funding from visiting artists and collectives. The lead time for planning an event is usually at least half a year, which is why we were all the more grateful for the openness of the house to plan the pilot format together with a short lead time
